Caller: The accident report centre. As if. Just got the call. Same as all the others. They are still going obviously. Pommy accent, knew my name, "due to the very severe nature of the accident..." Glad he told me he was going to finalise the claim. That will be the end of it then.

a**holes have been calling me twice a day for the last week! I don't answer numbers I don't know but thought I'd call back to see who the hell is so insistent on wasting my time and it just goes to music.. I've read these comments and seen the exact same thing has happened to everyone else. How the hell do they get our numbers/are even allowed to do this!? Get a life you losers!!

Agree it is a scam. Caller was trying to get information of recent claim. I did not progress the call - suggesting I was not interested. Caller had a heavy British accent - but the number appears local. Called back again after 3-4 days and I blocked the number.

After their 7th call yesterday, decided to waste couple of hours and call me back which I did and gave me a mouthful of conliements for 4 hours non-stop! Also added their number on all those dating sites for gays (Craig's list and etc) and today I was like an angle on M4; no swearing, no overtaking, was even smiling happily and singing at some stage! And I have just received another call from one of the ladies I have called several names yesterday but this time I was nice and asked if they were that sick, enjoying to be called names as she sounded like a decent young lady. She apologized and promised not to call anymore; will see!!!

I read this before phoning back and so asked them how they got my details. They said from a text message I had apparently replied "CLAIM" to. When I asked how they got my number to text me he said I had opted in online. I asked him how someone can "opt in" to being in a car accident and he just stammered and clearly didn't know what to say. I told him you can only opt in if it's some sort of marketing, not for claiming legitimate compensation at which point he panicked and disconnected my call

Scammers. They try to sound official & bully you into giving them information you are not obliged to give it, they are fishing for business by faking they know something about you. Dont believe them, they say a certain percentage of people have had an accident in the previous 2 years & these are the one's they're trying to scam. Don't be fooled by them, they want to jump on your financial bandwagon by taking a piece of your claim they don't deserve. I told them not to call me & they had the hide to call again after i told them that not only did i not have a car in the last 2 year's, i could barely walk (not from a car accident)they didn't have the decency to say 'ok we made a mistake goodbye.' Like all scammers they hung up on me. You dont own them your information so do yourself a favour don't give them the time of day.

Called this number about 5 times and had 3 direct phone calls. When returning the call had a variety of different responses from "please recharge your phone" to music and "you've been excluded from the conference call". When I first spoke with them they were chasing damages for insurance claim on my behalf - seemed to know details of the claim. Promised (guaranteed) $thousands! Very dodgy - recommend that they be reported to trade practices and other authorities. Lots of promises, and preying on the potentially vulnerable..
