Phoned up after signing with Hotfrog and dlook and said that they were from Google. When pushed said they were partners with Google not Google themselves. Finally worked out they were selling Google +, that's the free Google Places pages with maps. Charging $300 for optimizing???

Typical Indian call center using a silent number (against ACM Guidelines) claiming to be google, then claiming to work with yellow/white pages and able to guarantee "1st page on google".
