they keep calling me and it's starting to p*ss me off!
i've blocked their number and the still try to call'
how do i unsubscribe my number from them?

Googled them and the number and got this website which asks for all of your details to "opt out"
I never opted in so i am surely not going to give my details to them to "opt out" and risk them passing on the details further.

I called back number (02) 8355 8965 rang once then goes to busy tone.

This is a Survery company who pester and call too often. unless you wish to waste time don't take this call....
