Caller: Bank Fraud Department (no Bank ID details) Robo call to start with message to identify two fraudulent transactions with three options 1 to accept the charges, 2 to dispute the charges and 3 to hear the message again. Doesn't matter which one you press - you get a person who is ready to "process the transaction".
When I asked for the last two digits of the credit card on which they detected this fraudulent transaction, they hung up on me.
