offering website listing on some (hard to recall name) company

Like a lot of others, every afternoon, I get a phone call from these grubs. I have now i have blocked the number, will see if that works. They mongrels get private internet access from anywhere, then use VPN and can choose where their calls are originating. E.g their in India, and our connection shows a Sydney number. I hope the maggots of a 1000 blowflies invade their air conditioners.

I tracked the phone number to this company. http://directtelemarketing.com.au and have emailed them requesting an explanation for their telemarketers behaviour.

Second call in 4 days from caller with an Indian accent & a time delay in vocal responses.

Caller told me that she was 'Josie from Sitser'. I had trouble understanding her thick accent and made her pronounce it several times before asking her to spell the business name.
I asked what the company does and she started on her spiel on how they could do so much for our business in looking after our online promotions and websites.
When she asked if I was the business owner, I told her I wasn't and that the owner was currently overseas visiting our international customers.
I was then asked to put her through to the 'person authorised to make the business decisions'. I replied "the only person authorised to do so is the owner who is overseas at the moment as I told you the last time you rang two days ago!"
She said she would email the owner instead.

Caller: Web scammer

Like the others a male with a thick indian accent from Phister or whatever. Annoyingly knew my details and trying to find out what Im doing with the domains I have parked. Really arrogant and pushy. Didnt like my answer of dont know yet and not planning on anything and hung up on him.

Claims to be a web development agency. I recently registered a web domain, male caller (Indian accent) knew this as he mentioned the name of the domain at the start of the call - he didn't give his name or the name of his company - he asked if I wanted help developing my website. I said I already had a developer on board. He said "obviously I can do it cheaper". I said: what do you mean, my developer works in house? He hung up.

keeps ringing then no answer , I think its just another scam

Seen this scam many times, didnt like being called a scammer

Persistent cold calls from this number. Usually they hangup but this time the guy asked for the owner. Mumbles the company name that he's supposed to be calling from. Told him to stop calling us.

Hung up when answered.
our number is on do not call register so imagine this number isn't really an australian one

Because of people like this I never answer interstate calls anymore
I advise people to use their mobile - then it is easy to block if necessary
I have had a few calls from this number but never answer them

The company is https://www.fitser.com/ and they are trying to sell you their web design 'services'. After explaining that we already have someone engaged to do this type of work for us and we are not interested in engaging a new company, the man with a heavy Indian accent insisted he was not trying to make us change companies........ then why are you calling????? To offer me chocolate and roses???????? He also became defensive and rude when I refused their services. Scam, international telemarketers... BLOCKED

This person of Indian accent called and said that he was calling from Pfizer. He asked if I was the owner of this company. He then hung up. I called Pfizer Head Office and they said that it was a recorded message. I had blocked the number.
