Scammer I imagine. I picked up and said Hello. Made an Indian sounding noise when hanging up. Perhaps related to my registration of a new .com domain. Warning, always buy the privacy option when registering a domain, otherwise all the bats from Hell will chase you down and sell your data to every scammer in the world, and you're peaceful life is dead.

I have caller ID. It was a typical scam time and number and when I picked up and said "Commonwealth Police, scam investigations - Interpol liaison branch - Detective ***** speaking" all the background noises suddenly stopped and I got a busy tone of someone hanging up. No idea why they would do that. My friends know I do this so wait till I finish then they laugh and we have our chat. The ***** matches the directory name the scammers are calling.
