Have had many missed calls on home number and mobile with no answer on the other line. Number is 'disconnected'. Have blocked this number, but they still attempt to call.

Same here, I asked for their ABN binder and address. This was what I got. He said he was trying to help me if the person from my phone number was in an accident. (Whatever that meant)

Said i was involved in an accident.

I had the same. Asking if i was in an accident and someone hit my car in the past 6 months.

Indian accented lady claiming i had an accident last year. She knew my name but couldn't provide a claim number or even my rego number. I said the only accident i had was spilling my vindaloo soup in my lap! Said she was from "accident claim management" Hung up when a kept asking for a claim number.

As above - car accident enquiry, knew my previous address, hung up when i enquired why he was calling - Accident Claims company or similar

A male calling up to ask if you have had a car accident claim so many months ago. Just put the phone down they are scammers!

He also said I had been in an accident. I just hung up on him.
