the phone rang, and before i could answer hung up. i rang the number straight away, no answer!!! another one to add to the blocked list!!!

keep getting calls from this number for the past few months. bloody annoying sh*tt holes. i have blocked it and yet still getting miss calls from it. tried calling it back to no answer.

They are persistent: they called me back again today. Online searches confirm others have had similar experience to me - they ask you do confirm your personal details, by doing things like asking you to verify your full name (middle name), your age within an age range, and ringing back at a later date with similar stories and questions but now using the information you gave them last time. This is standard scammer tactics, building a growing file of correct information on you, so one day months later they ring with enough detailed information that you believe they must be legit ... Be very, very careful not to give them ANY more personal information than they already have!!

Hung up when I answered. I called back several times but message saying “mailbox is full” Block this caller.

how do we stop it

Answered this number all I heard was 'what the hell' 'what the hell' I hung up. First time they ever rang. I never entered any comp to get this.

This number has been calling me from the past two months. WhenI called back, just rang out no answer. How do they get our contact number? If answer my call I will tell them off.

Got a call from this number today, they hung up after I said hello. Will block now.

Apparently I’d entered a competition to win an iPhone or $1,000 worth of groceries. But the phone call would be being recorded. Yeah right. Told her I wasn’t interested.

Living in Melbourne and not recognising this phone number commencing (02), I did not answer it. Also no message was received. This website confirmed my suspicion.
