I called back the number (02) 8321 3329 and reached vm that said I reached Medibank Health Concierge

Caller: Medibank Private - Health Concierge Service

Legitimate call for Medibank Private members.

The caller said it is Medibank service . But then they said to protect my privacy, ask me to provide DOB
and address. That doesn’t make sense. This caller looked like a fraud to me

Had a missed call from this number, they left a message saying they were from Medibank Health Concierge. Called back. Were checking in to see how my treatment was going and offered me some services!

Caller: Medicare Concierge Service

Identified themselves as Medibank Concierge Service in their message to me. Asked me to call 1800 789 414 which I did as I am having an operation shortly. They were very helpful. This link https://www.medibank.com.au/health-support/health-services/health-concierge/ explains their service and confirms the 1800 number as well.

Same--I received a call from this number which not recognising , I did not answer. If they are Medibank and legit why don't they leave a message? And if they do want to speak to me then surely they aren't doing their job properly if they don't. Makes me even more wary of the caller.

This is scam. Please report.

If this is indeed Medibank, why can't they announce themselves?
