Caller: Scammer claiming to be from Western Union Received an email from Norton, turns out not to be. When phone to discuss the supposed renewal to them, they advised they needed to go through Western Union to return the funds. They then got someone from Western Union to call me and confirm it was Genuine. All dodgy, scammers all around.

Caller: western union This might be a legit call, I transfered money via western union, and roughly 20 minutes later, I received a missed call from this number. I called back and it was an automated western union message.

Caller: Western Union Legit. Part of the Western Union system, I think it's the number they call from to verify transfers. I'd sent a transfer just before I received the call.

Caller: "Western Union" Incredibly muffled call, caller didn't identify herself from Western Union, took three minutes just for to say my transaction was successful (which I knew over a week ago)
