Wanting to propose something to the 'founder' of the company she is calling. Probably a scam, probably not, but it was unsolicited and did not appear that she knew who she was trying to reach.

Just had a call from this number - spoke to me as if he thought I may be his friend- I refuse to respond. Especially now I see they are definitely scammers

These are scammers. Safe to block. Using VOIP services.

Very annoying. If you tell them you are not interested and hang up, they call back repeatedly and keep hanging up, sometimes not even giving you a chance to even answer, then they call back immediately.

I called back number (02) 8317 3646 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
