when I get these scammers and trading people who don't get the message I whistle really loud into phone

A trading company called twice and he is rude

My smartphone was ringing and it was a Viber call; tried to answer but the call went off. I returned call (normal call using my smartphone) and received the recorded announcement: "The number you dialed is not in service."

Similar missed call yesterday on (02) 8317 3269 and previous day from (02) 8317 3198. No one spoke when I answered once, not even background noise. I've blocked them all now. Usually I get several similar numbers calling for a few days which I block, then a few weeks or months pass and they start again with different area numbers.
