Ring 2/3 times a night. I don't answer the phone, just check the caller ID. Same number every time. Since about November 2015. Last call 7.45PM 9/2/16.

Asian sounding lady rang our silent number, asked if I could confirm a family member had had a car accident in the last two years. I've had a call just like this only a few days ago, plus several almost identical scam calls like this in the last twelve (ish) months, I hung up.

On the most recent previous call, I decided to waste their time by playing along with them and agreeing someone had had an accident. Perhaps this may have triggered the additional call? Think I'll buy a whistle ...

same as Michael, male foreign voice, mention the insurance word when questioned he hung up did a re call busy call back later

Indian accented man calling for verification for accident insurance. I told him what he was doing was illegal & he said sorry & hung up. Looks like they called again today around the same time.
