This number has rung me twice, leaving no message. I rang back and they said 'You have rung an outbound only number, goodbye'. I had the same issue with (02) 9037 4236, dialing at similar times. I have blocked both numbers.

I called back the number (02) 8317 1321, rang and got disconnected automatically
