Calling from a charity

i got a text message from this number .
No way I am going to open it.
the govermement should do somehting about all this spam messages and calls perhaps trying to filter them

I called back number (02) 8315 1711 reached voice mail for a company called Way's Phone.

Constantly calling, multiple times a day, but not leaving a message. No idea who they are.
