Scam call- background music with someone speaking in Chinese

Claimed to be from Telstra saying I was going to get half price billing due to long term customer. If so, send me an email. Email arrived within seconds. Didn't reply.
Scam? Scary...

I just had a missed call from this number (02) 8311 7090 & tried to call it back & the message said the number is not in service

Caller: Heavily accented Indian/Sri Lankan.

A scam using Telstra id's to order phones to an address in NSW. Only caught it because I received a new order notification for an iPhone. Telstra were a bit coy about it.

Female, nice voice, spoke Chinese, possibly scam aimed at chinese speaking people, just kept talking.

Same claim to be Telstra and 50% discount, plus later a gift hamper of iPad or Apple watch. They had set up a new Telstra ID with my email address. Unfortunately I was fooled and gave them the one time PIN - don't ever do this! Rang Telstra and they fixed it, but scammers have seen all my info.

Indian man, said Telstra had bonus due to me. may have hacked into my telstra account and changed my plan and ordered an iPhone on my account. changed address in My telstra

Asian lady, has called several times claiming to be Telstra with discount offer. Won't let me call back and doesn't take NO for an answer. Now blocked

Keeps calling my mobile - havent answered as i can see here that its a scam call. I have blocked it now.

Caller: Very polite Chinese lady

Said she was from Telstra, phone kept breaking up, she kept hanging up and ringing back

(02) 8311 7090 - Polite Indian gentleman telling me my number ending in xxx was due for something amazing (lots of background noise could not hear) and were going to send a telstra authorised sms for me to further investivate. I said 'no thankyou' and hung up and have since blocked the number.

Same all in chinese have no idea what they want or who they were calling for
