i called back, recording: number not in service.. really they just called me, scammers.,.

rang back. recorded message American accent saying number dialled is not in service.

I've been seeing missed calls on my phone from this number, After reading comments here I decided not to bother to call back,. The calls tend to be between 7 and 8 pm.

They called after 7.30pm rambled on in a foreign language When I said hello twice
the caller hung up.

Called me after 8pm ad hung up when I said hello.

I called back number (02) 8311 6670 it says the number I have dialed is not in service anymore.

Someone asked me do you have time for quick talk yes or no
I said no and he hanged up
