Said she had a special $40 a month offer. I told her it wasn't a good time and would call back.
No intention of calling back.

Hardly understand a single word from the female caller

Received an email from "Order Confirmation <longfellowroyal979 @ gmail.com>" re auto renewal of Windows Defender for $739.99 and quoting (02) 8311 6669 as their support number. I do not use Windows Defender.

Note all words within the sentences start with a capital letter.
"Thank You For Using Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service.
Your Personal Subscription With Defender Threat Protection Will Expire Today. The Subscription Will Be Auto Renewed. Please Review Your Purchase History Below.

This number (02) 9037 3891 came up in in an email under the guise of an “order confirmation” for a “subscription” for “Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service”at the bargain price of $349.99. They want you to call the number to cancel subscription which apparently auto renews. Email came from snyderrosemary6 @ gmail.com.

Tried calling me nine times in quick succession but I was too busy to take any of the calls. When I tried to call back I was met with elevator-like waiting music. Hung up after about a minute of it.

Female voice hard to comprehend trying to sell mobile plans. Trying to obtain card details. Scam

Though a lady is very politely trying to sell me a phone plan, it's a scam.

Claimed to be from some phone company offering a new iphone. I said I was on contract and they offered to pay the contract out. Still said I wasn't interested.

Scam call trying to sell cheap iphone

Caller: No sure might be from go daddy

Trying to sell website design sounded like they were from Indian (certainly not Sydney)

Answered the phone, silence and then hung up.

Caller: same - claims to be from Telstra

when i asked for his telstra ID and name so i can call telstra back, he hung up.

Recorded message saying from Telstra and internet service will be comprised within the hour and press 1 for technical support
