Every day get a missed call or if we answer the line is silent for about 10 seconds and then hangs up

Called 3-4 times a day 6 days a week for 11 months. I checked my blocked msg a few months after blocking. A new number started after 11 months of this and same thing, 3-4 calls a day for a new number I blocked. Another 6 months of that and now it’s random numbers leaving the same blank voice mail. Been going on for over 2 years.

I called back number (02) 8311 2820 spoke to a woman who said company name is ARMA Group.
