call from this number today said my husband was about to be arrested as a warrant had been issued for tax fraud from the ATO. If he didn't call this number, the police were coming to arrest him. Reported to ATO who are passing it to Federal Police. Apparently they are after a couple of more details to achieve identity theft.

I received the same mesg this morning at 6:45 and 8:45am. I feel rather inclined to call them and provide police details

2 pone calls yesterday telling me there was a warrant out for my arrest. The first call was from 0116892818 and the next was from withheld. This was the number I was suppose to ring back.

had 2 calls today from a private number. said there is a warrant for my arrest for fraud and that the call is from ATO and I should ring them back.

Received several (50 or more) recorded message calls from this tax fraud number plus (02) 4407 0021 plus (02) 8310 7997 plus other no caller ID numbers.

I have had the same issue today. I had the number ring me twice.

I have had this call today and 2days ago. Time to report it.

They're still at it... just got the same call (threatening tone, warrant for my arrest for tax evasion and tax fraud blah blah blah)... can't be bothered following it up with the ATO/police myself but hopefully they're already on it...

I also got the message from this number who asked me that there is a case against my name of tax evasion and tax fraud and a warrant is issued to arrest me. I simply ignored it.

had a missed call from private number on 28/6/17 who left this message:

"Serious legal case filed against your name. Regarding tax evasion and tax fraud and there's a warrant out for your arrest. We want you or your lawyer to call us back"

then another missed call today, 29/6/17 from (02) 8310 7990 with message: "There is a serious legal case file against your name. Regarding activation. Thanks Brian. And there's a warrant for your arrest. He wants you"

I too have now received 2 calls from these people, one from a private number and then the second from (02) 8310 7990. I will be contacting the ATO to report these calls.
