Called 3 times but hangs up after 3 rings and leaves no message which is dumb as I thought it was an automated call system for telemarketers etc and added it to my block list until I got an email from Telstra saying they tried to contact me. By the way, they eventually resolved my complaint OK.

I called Telstra today and spoke to a woman who identified herself as Courtney. When she refused to help with my query I told her I would go higher than her and ask them the question her reply was even those higher than her would not help me and that I am wasting my time calling Telstra. I then responded to her with, all those working in the call center are all the same not very helpful in any way. She kept trying to be smart to me so I told her to F*** O** and hung up on her. (Not calling Telstra for abuse only want help with something). She then rang me back on this number (02) 8302 6100 which I knew was a Telstra number so I didn't bother answering it and she left a voice message on my phone calling me a Stupid girl. So it shows that Telstra staff are not only unhelpful but they also like to call their customers names very unprofessional on Telstra's behalf. Telstra never ceases to disappoint me.

I believe this to be Telstra/Bigpond returning a call number. I called Telstra to complain about some Bigpond problems we were having. We were discussing the faults . . . . after a while the line started static/crackling noises, the same person I was talking to rang back from this number.

Maybe these numbnuts will learn to respond immediately after I answer their call. I do not take kindly to having to wait longer than usual to speak with a caller. I certainly hope this caller recorded my response as I am sure some of my colourful language will add to their repertoire. Maybe in future they will email me with their response OR send me an SMS as I requested. Why can't Telstra list that number as being from Telstra so I know to wait several seconds for the call to bounce off the satellite? Surely something that simple isn't impossible. Why would they call late on a Sunday arvo, when only a few businesses are open for business?

Telstra, "claimed", rude and will not accept the fact that I am Hearing impaired. They gob off at 1000 miles an hour I've had 3 or more calls a week for months. Contact the ombudsman to stop them. Update your do not contact registration every 6 months I also downloaded a call blocker for my mobile phone, activate and calls after the first one don't come through we learn to late.

More than a year has passed when my Telstra Plan for Home and Internet bundle expired and I was told that since did not have any Telstra Plan I can be go on casual plan. Last week when I wanted to purchase a cheaper plan I was told that I signed a contract for 2 years and I cannot change or purchase a new Plan. What is Telstra doing to its customers? Any suggestions please?

Telstra calling us back to check a fault. A very helpful lady from the Phillipines who actually corrected our fault and called back to make sure the line was still working.
