Caller: "Capital Finance", or some such name

Called on Good Friday, public holiday, so suspect not a legit business to start with. Wanted to give me some investment opportunity, when queried about No Call register, claimed I had filled out something on-line (survey or such) therefore entitled to call me (??). Foreign accent was further suggestion of scam.
