This number calls me several times a day after I got an online quote for pet insurance. I've asked them to stop ringing, but they continue to call.

Same as many above, did an online quote for pet insurance and they have been calling ever since. Not impressed at all and will not be insuring with them.

A simple solution to this is, if you have a samsung phone add the number to your spam call list. problem solved :)

I did an online quote....that came up as an error anyway, so i assumed non of my details went through. At 9:40pm that night they rang, my husband said i wasn't there. That was 2 weeks ago. Ive now had about 7 missed calls from them, after I sent them an email about the time they called and not to contact again. The RSPCA obviously isn't just about the animals.

will not buy pet insurance from this company now on principal of continuous harassment! made my decision easy to choose another company, shame on you RSPCA!

really annoying, did online pet insurance quote, then they kept on calling me. I had a roughly 30 minute conversation with the person there when I eventually picked up after they tried to about a week to call me, listened to the spiel and I asked them some further details etc referring to my specific pet. told them I would have to think about it and asked them to email me the breakdown that we had been discussing/full terms and conditions. at which point she tried to get the to sign up then and there and lock it in saying that there was a 30 day change of mind period anyway (ie putting the onus on me to cancel it) i said no and they kept on asking. then the trian i was on went into a tunnel and the line cut out so lol! clearly though these people are on a commission or something

I have these pricks calling my phone at least 3x a day, when I answer they say nothing and then hang up. Do me a favor, if they ring your phone, give them a big F*CK OFF and hang up. Thank you.

I called back their and was referred to 1300 881 396. I called this number and requested details such as their postage address which they were unable to provide and I was referred to their website. They definitely claimed to be from the RSPCA but they are clearly not the RSPCA, they just operate under license. Beware of the company and their aggressive sales tactics.

Did online quote for pet insurance for comparisons (I'm a vet so not actually personally interested). Only put phone number in as I thought it may be necessary should a customer decide to proceed with the generated quote.
Inappropriate RSPCA.

Unsolicited phone calls after online quote for RSPCA pet insurance (exorbitant), no indication on the quote that they would ring and definitely no opportunity to opt out of follow-up phone call. Will never donate to RSPCA again, suggest calling ACMA if calls continue. It's the only way they will learn not to harass people. Even if this is another company licensed to use RSPCA name, RSPCA have a responsibility not to enable bad behaviour by their associates.
