3 calls in 10 minutes, this type of garbage is why I leave blocking mode on and only allow numbers in my contact list get through!

I will not be even following this up, called and didn't even leave a message to inform me of who had called, how unprofessional and inconsiderate. I'm half thinking maybe I might just call back and give them a bit of what I think good customer service is. Then I will follow that with and purely after that I wont be picking your services!!!!

Got a call from this number many times and I kept missing it. Was waiting for them to call me back and when they did and thinking finally I can ask them to stop calling because I've already got pet insurance from another company, the guy start lecturing me about the excess I paid (trying to make me think that I don't know how to manage my money) and asked me to have a think about it. I told him off about how rude he is and I am very shocked by it. He tried explaining his tone of voice and I said harm is done, no point explaining. How rude!! RSPCA should really do something about it. I asked him if the call is recorded, he said yes. Maybe the company should start screening their calls and get rid of these bad apples.

Called the RSPCA and complained....they were shocked and contacted Greenstone Financial Services who make the calls! They denied they are making the calls and don't pass on info to third parties...Absolute rubbish when you look at their "Privacy Policy". They are either passing on info or one of their staff has passed it on. Said they would put me on their Do not call register (even though I am already on the Govt one. Ring G Buckland Senior Manager Partner Relations 0431 543 883 and complain....will be good to give her a taste of being swamped by calls, maybe she will get the message that their marketing processes are unacceptable

No, blame the RSPCA! they contracted with these people and they are responsible for what they do in their name. The RSPCA (and I donate every year) should be controlling what these people do using the RSPCA name. If you don't complain to the RSPCA they will just continue. I am sick of these calls and will never donate again to the RSPCA if this is what they call acceptable business practice! Go on the RSPCA website and complain...they might learn a lesson

It may be 'RSPCA' ... But it's not them annoying us, they're just trying to do a good thing by hoping this will assist people in taking their animals to the vet if it's needed. The annoying ones are the insurance underwriters ... The RSPCA should contact them and get the to ease up. We'd have bought online if we were interested.

Wouldn't answer. or respond to txt asking who it was. After reading these comments my phone kept ringing. I txt them saying that they have illegally obtained my personal information and if they contact me again it will become a legal matter. They replied via txt and said "Actually you were referred to us by a friend". PROFESSIONAL Right? Haha Scammers. Told them I have no friends. or animals. so f*ck off. Contact me again and sh*t will get real.💪

I did a quote online last night. since 9am this morning I have 13 missed calls from this number and its only 12:25pm. Couldnt answer as I was at work. Ridiculous. If it was not as expensive I would have bought online. I have had my dog 5 years, he has been to the vet 3 times, all in total my bill for all 3 was close to $1,000. (over 5 years) and yet they want $900 a year from me!!!!

They have been calling me several times a day for about a week. People have been saying its rspca insurance but I only did a quote after all this started . . . Very curious! When I finally answered it no one was on the other end and then they hung up
