After receiving the amount of calls I have received from this lot , There is NO way I would choose RSPCA for my insurance . My number is on the Do not call register and they are still calling me . Had a gut full of these types of call that just invade people privacy .

I haven't been online looking for quotes of any kind, so unsure how they even got my number. Call now on auto reject.

I did an online quote with RSPCA and Choosi yesterday and got a call from this number shortly after. Not sure which one this number is from, but it would have been to discuss the quote.
In RSPCA terms and conditions it does say "You consent to receiving a telephone call from us for the purpose of providing an indicative quote. Your information may also be used to provide you with offers to our other products, but you can opt out of this when we contact you or by calling us on 1300 881 492. We are unlikely to disclose this information to any person outside Australia."
In Choosi terms and conditions also say "I acknowledge that Choosi will provide quotes by telephone for Pet Insurance policies that Choosi is able to arrange. I also understand that the information I disclose may be used by Choosi to offer other services that they provide, but I can opt out of this by contacting Choosi on 1300 884 384."
It is annoying we get phone calls for a quote, but always read the terms and conditions before hitting the Submit button. You can't complain if you hit the Submit button.

In this day and age, any company that cold calls knows they are annoying people. it's common knowledge how much people hate cold callers.
So since RSPCA have no problem annoying me and hundreds of other people. I refuse to donate anything anymore. Maybe once they use the donations properly for the animals and NOT TO ANNOY PEOPLE I might give again

I've never inquired about pet insurance but I've been getting a phone call a day from RSPCS pet insurance for weeks now. I block each of the (02) numbers, but they keep calling from a different landline each time. SO FRUSTRATING - I DON'T EVEN HAVE A PET!!!!!! F@#k off and stop wasting people's time

Calling endlessly 3-4x per day since doing a quote online. I blocked the number and now they are calling from a second one. This is the most disgusting and persistent attempt to make a sale I have ever seen. I had considered the insurance, as it is the same as Petplan with no deductible, but I would NEVER consider them after this harassment.

Called 6 times in less than 2 days. When I rang back they claimed I had made an enquiry for RSPCA Pet Insurance. I hadn't. Irritating and unnecessary.

It's interesting: the amount of time and money that they spend on making followup calls (every day since doing the online quote, sometimes twice daily) it's no wonder the insurance premiums have to be so high. It must be to pay their staff!!!

Yep - horrendously persistent follow up calls about pet/life/health/funeral insurance. If you don't want to discuss a quote, block BOTH this number and (02) 8292 1311.
