Rang them on my friends home phone number regarding my Father's home number being cut off during their 1 month stuff up of NBN being connected through Telstra. Such a mess. 21 calls later at one hour plus phone calls to them and me giving my mobile number as the landline wasnt mine they ring consistingly on my friends landline to contact me but we looked up the number and it was listed here. Telstra and their NBN are a absolute discrace. Overseas customer service DOES NOT WORK. it has been tbe WORST EXPERIENCE. SHAME SHAME SHAME

This is undoubtedly a Telstra number. The problem in my case is different from the others. I've been waiting for ten days for the resolution of a problem, but the level of incompetence of the Telstra system is so bad that I've yet to have a conversation with the right specialist. The only people I've spoken to can't help and refer me into elsewhere where connections are never made. I think a scam would provide a better experience than this

I received 2 calls from this number and was told they were from technical support Telstra... Wanted me to give them access to my computer to fix "internet errors"... I told them to FO... I phoned Telstra and they said I was not contacted from their Technical Support Team and should NEVER ALLOW ANYONE TO GET ACCESS. They will not call the client for technical issues... The client will call Telstra!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE AWARE

According to Telstra Crowdsupport - their staff rep has clearly stated that this number is definitely not a Telstra number, and they advise great caution in dealing with whoever is calling from this number. Don't give them any personal info, or access to your computer - under any circumstances.

Called to say they were upgrading my download allowance, but wanted to verify my details with name and DOB. Sorry but you called me and I dont know who you are. Why do you need those details just to tell me that. She said they would send an email. WTF So why did you call me?

This number rang me at 3.30 am, missed the call and they did not leave a message, they ring at least once a day but never say anything or leave messages, but 3.30am is ridiculous.

Caller: Apparently Telstra I was contacted by this number and was told it was Telstra customer service and asked if i could supply my full Name & date of birth on questioning why they needed my year of birth I was told it was to authenticate my account. I refused to tell them and hung up and called Telstra to confirm that it was them using the actual 132200 number and was advised that this is NOT a Telstra number and they would block this number from being able to call me. Do not give them any details as I was advised by Telstra that this is a scam number, calls from Telstra come up as no caller id.

Caller: Telstra - Phillipines? Telstra (Phillipino accented female) calling to advise that an NBN technician had restored service to my premises, which he had indeed done the previous day. I'm thinking that this is an outsourced contractor for Telstra based in the Phillipines which is why the Telstra people in Australia are saying that they have no record of the number coming from them.

Caller: Telstra Unlisted numbers are automatically blocked by many phones (depending on settings). I think that's why Telstra call from a listed number. The calls I get from (02) 8291 1000 appear to be genuine from Telstra Technical Support.

Caller: Telstra 9 calls and 6 sms messages in 2 days regarding my Monday night NBN connection issue!!!!!. It was fixed monday night, I was fine with 1 check up call on Tuesday morning. I was told the case issue was closed on tuesday morning. but all these txt msgs and calls later and the case issue still open. So I rang them and abused them and threatened to go to the telecommunications ombudsman and the police for the harassment calls and txt msgs if I receive 1 more of either. Hopefully these scumbag maggots get it. Just had 3 calls in 5 minutes 30 minutes ago!
