I seriously doubt that this is Telstra. Unprofessional, and wrong sort of questions. Stated they are customer complaints and that there is a billing issue another person with the same name. Do not trust.

That number calls on my mobile regularly but they don't respond when I answer. I was on the landline to Telstra at the time they called - 3 times - this afternoon
