closed two Citibank cards still get the call center calling me told them i don't have an account with them so stop calling me. they wanted to verify my identity so they could reverse a $0.03 charge, bloody ridiculous told them i refuse to verify my ID and stop making their problem mine and to stop wasting my time, also told them i have recorded the call as they were instructed one month ago to close the account, said next call i will involve consumer affair.

This is not actually a fake call.
These are calls from card service providers who are sub-contracted to banks.

we received a call they wanted to verify details, but I smelt a rat. They wanted to speak with our Managing Director but requested more details from them and they hung up.

This number called me but I missd the call, however there was a message that a voice mail had been left. I checked my voice mails and there was silence for about 20 seconds then the "message" ended.

Called and hanged up. Citibank credit card always has an excuse for denying the rewards. I have been trying to redeem my reward points for the past 2 years and I am asked to change user name and password every time. I have even requested help from a Cua Office where the lady in attendance was very helpful by emailing Citibank with all my details: drivers Licence, etc. Despite all that I am still in limbo.
