No idea who called me as I missed the call, by the looks of it it seems to be Citi bank, I have no business or anything with them, so no loss to me. Some years ago a woman used to ring me asking me to pay my overdue credit cards payment, I first told her that I had no credit card with that bank, also that I never had and never will. The calls kept coming for weeks until I told her to go and multiply, the calls then stopped.

They rang me, and I looked up the number later, thought I had better ring back, as they tried several times. Can''t understand them, and they can't understand me, so it's quite hopeless, what do you do when you don't know who is a scammer and who is legit? They need Australian accents with their service, as nobody can understand anyone, it's getting beyond a joke Grrr

Several calls from this number, callers had heavy accents possibly Indian. Callers claimed to be from Suncorp & asked to speak to the business manager, very hard to understand and claiming to have returned mail. Scam phishing calls.

Is this Citibank? No message left. I was with NAB years ago and when I closed accounts, I moved some to Citibank. I moved because NAB had the worst customer service in the branch, phone & on-line. Now that they have taken over Citibank, that bad customer service had moved to Citibank. Been trying to contact them for 4 weeks. Their secure on-line mail says I need to ring. I ring and they are rude, tell me to use on-line secure mail, then hang up. Then around in circles I go.

CitiCorp is the Finance institution for NAB, Citibank and SuncorpMetway credit cards.

This is their Sydney office number.

Queries for these banks are regard one's credit card enquiry, eg: card increase balance, complaints.

Not a SCAM number.

Caller: Qantas Credit Card?

I have left three messages on my credit card app asking something. We've now missed two Sydney calls, no messages. I'm assuming it is in response to the Qantas card questions (now Citibank I think?). Why no message. Call just now was cut off before I could answer the phone.

Received a call from this number wanting personal information about my address after which I hung up as I am sure my credit card company would not phone me to ask these questions. So hard to decide if a call is genuine or not!

I have this card and had left a question about activation of my new card via the Qantas Money app. They called me to respond to my question and left a voice to text saying what they wanted. I called them back from my work number in case it was a scam but it was legit. It must be a contact centre that handle multiple brands of cards by the look of the comments on this site.

Very dodgy. Called me just now and seemed nobody on the other end--no voice or any sound. I then checked this number and let me here. Thanks for the website and your effort to stop the harassers.
