Phone only rang for half a ring and then stopped. No message.

They rang, didn't leave a message. I tried to ring back and it was an overseas dial tone, no one answered and they don't have an active voicemail setup. Googled the number and didn't point to anything (apart from this site).
Seems a little sus to me

This person rang and claimed to be from ebay checking on our account
