Caller: I'm not sure as they hung up as soon as I answered.

I called the number back and the man that answered the phone claimed that he never called my number and that he is the only person who has access to that number.
He also claimed his business is with insurance, yet he answered the phone as of it was just a regular home line.
Very odd 🤔
