This is a charity collection company. It canvases money for the Rural Fire Services and others.

Nobody spoke. Then they hung up.

I have asked these people nicely before to remove my number form their list and not call me again. Do you think they listened? Of course not. They keep calling constantly and now tell me to call a 1300 number to have my number removed. Still didn't work. When will these people realise that the more you pester someone, the less likely they will donate.

I will never donate to anyone cold calling me. EVER!!

They sound very convincing, so I'm glad I've read the comments here. They are hard sell and no matter your circumstances, they badger you for money for the RFS. They leave you in peace for a few weeks/months, then start again, ringing day after day/night/weekend. Shameful that only 16% actually goes to RFS.

Do not call register mentions that registered charities and telemarketing companies seeking donations on behalf of a registered charity are permitted to call numbers on the Do Not Call register. So RFS will continue to harass you on a daily basis. I have installed an answering machine, and when I get home, there are sometimes 2 or 3 missed calls from this number, and also on my mobile!

get 4 to 5 calls a day from that number. I usually don't answer but it if I pick up, they hang up.

Register all your mobile number and home phone number with Do NOT CALL (donotcall.gov.au) and you will not receive call like this - But I still receive it because they do not care. But for other promotion calls, you can warn them that you have registered with Do NOT CALL and we can make a compliant. They will hang up and will not call you again.

Received a call today, looked up this review and they are now blocked.... Simple

Have had more calls than I can count from this number(multiple wouldn't cover the amount).
I now don't answer the phone if I don't recognise the caller. And of course they never leave a message on the answering machine !

This sh*t mob ringing on behalf RFS well they can F off,never will i donate through them again the thieving arse holes,if i wont to give the the RFS i will give it gladly to my local Fire Captain not this sh*t telemarketing crap group they can ring as much as they like the answering machine will do the rest.

Charities are exempt from the Do Not Call register.

Call all the time either hang up or ask for Dorothy. For the last 3 years that we have had our number I have told them that there is no Dorothy and to stop calling. Even being on the Do Not Call register, they still call

They call all the time. They ask for john, i put them on hold then block the number. Very very dodgy.

Buy a Panasonic cordless cell link phone with call barring it will ring once them rang up on them

It's the RFS, they call at least three times a day; very stressful for me as I am heavily pregnant. I have kindly declined but they continue to call and harass for money.
