Yes I just got the same message .. Telegram .. no one uses them these days.. tried to ring the number back and no answer.. also no answering machine..   very interesting.. t

Got a letter from D&B Debt Collection Service stating that I owe $385 otherwise they will Instruction to issue a court  summons. I then received a telegraph (sent by normal post) stating that an urgent and sensitive matter requires my immediate attention. From Cassandra on (02) 8270 2811.
