I called back number (02) 8263 7968 reached IVR for a company called SpinTel.

These people like scammers. Ask your birthday and address, and tell you that you can check in website. Pretending they are real customer service, but actually they are not real Spintel Customer service, just like other Microsoft, Telstra Technical Department scammer

These people are scammers. Just hang up and block them. Tried me 14 times today.

This number is from Spintel and are not scammers. They called me today and gave me my information with Spintel and it is incorrect. I was suspicious they were scammers because they told me about their cheaper offer with Fibre to the Home Broadband but it ends tomorrow. I then reverse looked up their number to find other people had said the number is from Spintel also.

This number called me tonight with an Asian (female accent?). They asked if my name was (my correct name) what it was and my correct street name. They said they were calling from Spintel (who is my internet provider) and said I'm paying too much for my NBN. I told them I didn't believe they are from Spintel and they said if I wasn't comfortable with talking to them that's okay. I told them I'm not okay talking with them then they hung up on me.

Spintel - really good mobile service provider. Had called them on their 13 number, didn't want to leave a message, they rang me back within 5 mins! Good service. I was wanting to buy another 2 SIM cards from them. We have been using them for about a year. Really cheap phone plans running on Optus "lines"
