Yes, sometimes even 10 times a day constantly harassing. I already told them 'no' so many times to stop calling and remove my mobile number from their list. They are very aggressive, on commission, asking for money. Nobody works this hard unless on massive commission to chase money, money, and money.

I've registered as do not call in the government register.
