It's legit. I had a call from this number and it was to do with a test on my NBN voice service.

I've received a call I missed the phone answering machine picked up but no msgs left. Twice this has happened, so if it really is Telstra why won't they leave a msg if they've nothing to hide?? If they were legit they'd leave a msg wouldn't they??

Two calls from this number to my Landline, but silence when I answered. They then called my mobile number but cut that call quickly before I could answer. Extremely SUSS. Where did they get both numbers from?

This is definitely Telstra NBN. I didn't answer at first then received a text saying my Telstra order has been completed, which is true as I self installed the modem yesterday when the connection was complete at the node.
