I checked with telstra and it was confirmed that it was from the NBN regarding my connect to the NBN. They were not able to make the appointment and wanted to reschedule for another day.

I can confirm this is a scam caller. My family had NBN setup two years ago through Optus and they say they're from Telstra.
I'm also 22 years old living with my family so I am not a decision maker when it comes to this type of thing.

Called re our internet connection, said is from Telstra, we hang up as our NBN was connected already last year.

They are not a scam just called 132200 and (02) 8260 0000,1800 834 273 are both legit from telstra NBN connections. If you still aren't sure call 132200.

I can confirm this is from Telstra. In my case, the caller was from Telstra's complaints department. She was following up on a complaint I had raised regarding an NBN connection. She did have an Indian sounding name and accent.

Re installation of NBN. I do not trust Indian/Asian COLD callers, as I have had many scam calls from them. He gave me an 03 1800...... number to call. I think 1800 numbers do not need an area code. So treated it as a scam.

I called Telstra Support first to connect to NBN, yeah they have the call cetnre in India. I ordered the modem and they will send out a tech to help connect in case something else needs to be done. I have no problem with it.

Tech guy showed up and connection is all good, the number is just to confirm a time and date for the tech to come around. Legit call.

If thry really are from Telstra regarding the NBN why do they not leave a message when you don't answer, I have been getting these calls for week both home phone and mobile, had the same guy ring me back 3 times in a row cause I kept on hanging up on him, it is harrassment and the goverment needs to do something about it. The Do Not Call register is not worth a piece of crap as it does not stop the. from calling. So now if its an unknown number I will not answerm if its legit then they would leave a message if they wanted to contact you. Scammers I say and I won't answer

Constantly call my mobile but will not leave a message. If it is NBN as others have indicated am connected to NBN already and do not need any connection appointment!!!!!!!!!
Have contacted Telstra and they have advised me that call is questionable. Ignore.
