Caller: Supposedly Allianz claim Indian make person on the other side. Telling me they owe me some document for policy I used to have with them. He didn’t want to say what bank with until I verify my details. I refused to answer his questions. He then said they letter came back undelivered, he then me ruined my address I haven’t lived for 8 years. And kept telling me they “found lots of letters which were returned to sender” and they are contacting them one by one. The thing is, 8 years ago I didn’t have any loan or credit card with income protection as he was telling me. I told him if I was able to live and function without the mysterious document for all these years I think I’ll be fine and hung up. Some sort of scam!

Caller: Allianz Insurance It’s to say I qualified for a free hire car because of the claim I logged with them last week.

Funny thing is, is that it IS Allianz. I have a claim running with them at the moment and this is the number recorded when I use the automatic call back. And this is after my claim/caseworker has left a message! I get the same message that the number is no longer in use and have to go searching for the correct number. Obviously they need to fix it!

Caller: Allianz It’s a call back from Allianz, but their system is broken, so when you select the options, it automatically disconnects you. Great service Allianz, NOT!
