Caller: Testra?

Allegedly from Telstra about NBN due in April do I have the software set up for it? I said I do not know surely Telstra would know because they are the telecommunications provider I use! I was busy when he called so was vague with answers and he said you have a good day! I have no idea why Telstra would call their own customers to check if we have the software for NBN because surely they would know?

Caller: No Clue

They have called twice and hung up both times.

said they were from the NBN and asked if i was the person that handled the phone account. I said yes and they hung up.

Wants to speak to the person in charge of the phone account...
When I asked her what account she's referring to or who she's trying to reach she couldn't tell me.

I rang once and got disconnected
