Received a call from this number this morning!

When I answered the call all I could her children playing in the background and there was a bout a 20 second delay for a female to introduce her self as being from angel energy!

She advised me that she was calling to inform me about products and service agl was offering, and asked if now was a good time to have a chat!

In any case, I said sure let's go ahead!

She advised me that the call my be monitored for trading purposes ect etc blah blah blah

She then proceeded with before we can get started I just need to verify your details!

I'm like hang in you calling me to provide me with information about products and services agl is offering, why would you be needing my personal details?

She explained that it was company policy to verify every clients details before going ahead!

I said well that's a bit ood because I am not a client and fail to see how my personal details matter

She continued to press tor my details and ok ended up telling her to f*ck of amd hung up lol

AGL Debt Collection: Generic number that call centre uses for Debt collection. Recommended calling the 131 245, to confirm and sort out any problems.

Very suspicious call. Saying that AGL wants to let us know what assistance they can offer us but then asks me to verify my identity. Clearly from overseas with the delay and lag.

Caller: Said they were AGL

Said they wanted to upgrade me ,
I said I'd call AGL myself and speak to them.
The guy got sh*ts and hung up on me.
Bit suss.
