I finally got a call back from an exceptionally RUDE PHILLIPINO MAN who refused to give his name at 605 pm today. The Phillipino Call Centre pretended to be in New Zealand. I have been trying to call Qantas for 4 days because they billed my credit card twice for all charges, in credit card fraud, but been left on hold for > 2 hours each time, even during working hours. Finally the Phillipino c*nt abused me verbally and hung up on me. Can I sue the Phillipino c*nt as well as Qantas for the 3rd world service they are providing in Australia

I called back the number on my mobile, I spoke to someone who sounded Phillipino when I tried to give my FF number again he hung up. I then called back, this time a female Phillipino answered, and again when she asked for my FF number I gave it to her she started to confirm the numbers and name and then hung up. Is this a scam ???????????

Qantas provide a call back service to save you being on hold, but it was charged at huge rates while overseas. Our call out was free, but had to pay for their call in! Add that to the flights cancellation fees they charge. Wow!
