They are scammers....
They should have the account holders name and details if they are actually from Telstra.

Rang today to talk about my Telstra plan - I deal with my account manager directly as it's a business plan. Pretty sure this is a scammer. Caution.

Got left a VM saying they were calling about my Telstra business plan. I don't have a Telstra business plan! Delete - block number.

Just tried to msg this number as my mobile number is private. My msg would not go through, even after several attempts, so can only assume it's a scam.

This person who went under the name of "jacob" possibly J Byrne, seems to use multiple phone lines. First time he rang , he didnt say my name. The 2nd call i answered, he mentioned my name.. I dont know how he obtained my name and number.? He has rung multiple times..asking to speak re mobile account..He has now been reported to Telstra. He rsng z few mins ago and I told him thst Telstra has no knowledge of him.. He used the excuse that jacob was nt his english name snd he could give me this name.. !!?! I then said i do not wish to talk to him.. He said ' have a nice day' .
Be aware that telstra does not call your mobile phone..

person claiming to be from telstra, enquiring about our current plan. wanted to know what plan we are on, we replied it should be right in front of them. they kept talking about a $55 plan we could change to.
