Called about a debt that upon checking my credit history doesn't exist

Missed call. Called back but would not say where they were from unless I gave out my details, however they did say they were from overseas and not in Australia.

They were adamant not to say where they are from.

I called back number (02) 8199 2029 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.
