I rang this roller door company only to be answered by a fellow pretending to be an Aussie tradie,his lack of communication skills and lack of any knowledge on trouble shooting or rectifying an emergency issue we had at our family home and all he could say was MATE MATE it's not an emergency that you can't access your garage,you will have to wait until tomorrow afternoon or the following day,I advised him that we have renovations in progress and the only access to our home is through the garage doors,he then said MATE this is not an emergency just use the manual leaver to gain access from the inside,I again said that we had lost both our garage remotes and the only access for my wife and our 2 boys was through the garage and he honestly could not comprehend what I was so persistently trying to advise him that we urgently required 2 new remotes as ours were stolen,he still again could not get tha we required a technician urgen
