E-sure asking about the car accident in past 3 month. Wondering how they managed to get my name and number.

Called today at 1.00pm when I answered I could hear talk in the background but they did not speak call disconnected, just received another call at 5.30pm I did not answer no message left

Just got called by the above mentioned number but didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number.

Same as previous comments, UK accent, strangely I had just been speaking Allianz regarding my green slip. When I questioned the male caller he hung up!

Scammer asking if you have been in a car accident. Block number. girl with English accent.

Called about car accident.. Indian accent..it did hang up when i said he's a scammer.

Ive been getting calls from this number (02) 8188 3812 ....every day at the same time ....i never answer it but was wondering if it was scammers thanks to here i have now put them on my block list

This guy was from the UK. Seems everyone's getting in on it.

3 missed calls thus week. Can't call back. 1 ring then disconects. Will block the number with comments above.

Will call and hang up once u answer. Wont talk when u call them back

These guys called twice in the same day. The first time there was a delay in answering and I could tell it was a call centre, so I hung up as they started to answer. The second time they called I did not answer and they just hung up and didn't leave a message.

I get called by the number: 8188-3812 on a home and/or mobile every day and after 3-4 sec. after answering the caller disconnect. This is an abuse and what should one do to stop it?

Recurrent scam call about car accidents

these guys keep on calling me daily. scammers.

I have had this number call me numerous times, advising that I have been involved in a motor vehicle accident. I just keep hanging up on them. Today they called again and I told them that I was giving the number to the police. Tried ring the number back, but it rings once and they hang up.

Sounds like a scam - trying to get info to "update insurance details" re a car accident.
