Me too. Booked and paid for flights received booking confirmation but did not write down booking number. Awaiting 6 days for itinerary but has not to date received. Been going crazy trying to contact. Chat with virtual assistant hopeless. Check my account tells me have no booking even though funds have been paid to AA. Is their anybody out there with any clue as to how to contact a REAL person. I’m in Australia. Would truly appreciate help.

(02) 8188 2133 is the Number for Air Asia. The number is never answered. This is an appalling way to run a business. I recommend you NEVER use Air Asia. If I had known that Air Asia does not answer the telephone, I would never have booked flights with the company. 🤢🤮
