I have this number ring me atleast 3 times a day. when i answer they hang up. The latest they have rang me is 9:30pm which is ridiculous! If they do not stop i will take this to the police with harrassment.

Far out they've been calling all day and when I do answer they hang up!! So annoying

Seems that all these numbers with an area code of 02 and starting with 8188 are automade calls as there is never anyone on the other end when you answer!

Have just rung number and requested my mobile be taken off list. I feel sorry for the young people employed by this telemarketing company .

They called me so gave the phone to my 17 year old sister and pretended to be an immigrant lol

This number has been spamming my mobile and hanging up when I answer. They are indeed The Home Improvement people. I called them to remove my number from their database and they asked me for my details which I will not give. If they keep calling me I will exact revenge :)

This number has called me at least 2/3 times a week for about 2years I am getting annoyed and it is harassing especially when I ask who has called. They laugh and rude. Asking for a mrs freeman. How can I complain and who too?

I just got their call on my mobile also and when I called the number back I got the "Home Improvement people" recorded announcement.
