The message left was that she was calling from Employsure regarding changes to fairwork legislation. I didn't call back. Below is info from the fairwork ombudsman:
"Members of the public have expressed concern about the conduct of private businesses that offer workplace relations advisory services. We have received complaints from the public that they have been misled into believing that businesses are, or were, connected or affiliated with the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) or other government agencies.

The FWO has received complaints relating to a website at the address www.fairworkhelp.com.au and telephone advisory service operated by Employsure Pty Ltd."

A guy named Jason called us twice asking for CEO. Refused to leave any messages. Was rude and unprofessional over the phone. I insisted to ask for the message. All he told me is Sandy Bay. I told him we do not need their service. He laughed and said what service. He hang up after I told him I checked their number online and stop calling.

I've now block quite a few numbers from this Employsure company. (07) 3147 8600, (02) 8218 8217, (02) 8123 3625 and (02) 9199 8427.

I will be complaining to the Ombudsman. If all else fails I will contact 2GB and Channel 7 to investigate this company.

Has rung twice, asking for the owner of the company, will not leave name or number, just say they need to talk to whoever handles work compliance. Even when pushed will not hand over contact details. Made mistake of calling again ten minutes later - different woman, asking same questions.

Continually ringing me, multiple times each day - same building with just a different line - asking about exchange rates and shares - I have asked to be removed from contact list and i am still getting called. very annoying

Rang and asked to speak to one of our team members, when I advised the caller he wasn't available and could I take a message he said "i've got someone waiting I'll call back later" Rather odd, why did he make the call in the first place if he knew he had someone waiting? Thinking it's a scam or telemarketing call.

Just had a call from 'Michael' from Employsure asking to speak to person who deals with Work Relations. Directors not available and he said he will call back. Lucky we have caller ID as I have googled this number and now have all the information I need to not take the call.

Called, laughed loudly into phone, said something in another language and hung up...... Rather annoying really...

Received a call from this number, had already blocked it when previously called.

Scumbags......pretending they represent Fair Work Australia and there are lawsuits and claims against the company. What Company ? Huh ? I am retired.....go figure.....bunch of idiots.....with no brains

I have received over 17 calls in 2 weeks. Ridiculous. They even left a message saying they were Fair Work. Very unprofessional and deceptive.

Trying sell consultation re 'Fair Work and Work, Health and Safety legislation'. Didn't sound professional. May be the company does exist (Employsure Pty Ltd) but sales technique is not at all good.

The same as above, wanting to make an appointment regards to the upcoming change in fair work legislations.

Asked for me to call back in order for him to tell me about new government legislation. Sounded unprofessional. He called again so I checked the number and found the other posts on this. I put his number on block like I do with others. If I had the time I’d waste his time and let him think he was on to a sale but I have better things to be getting on with.
