A safe caller from my Suncorp insurance company. I asked them to leave a message next time to avoid me blocking their number.

who would call me from this number btw i live in VIC not NSW

They keep ringing on different lines all day everyday, who they are keeps changing, the people that answer are always Indian( not that means they're a scammer ) but does make me suss, I wonder if they're posing as insurance companies but I may have watched too many scam vids on YouTube....

Completely legit number.

Caller: Claimed to be Suncorp

Advised they had "mistakenly" put $13K in my bank account, figured it was a scam

Caller: Suncorp group

This number is totally legitimate. It is part of the Suncorp group which means it could be from Gio, AAMI, Suncorp or any other subsidiaries. It could be insurance related or claims related.

Caller: Suncorp Insurance

This number is a switchboard number for Suncorp Insurance, the person was chasing up witness statement to an accident. Not spam.

Didn’t leave a message. I don’t have any policies with GIO or Suncorp.

OK. Left message & different number to return call.

keeps calling but never leaves a msg.

The called and left a message saying they were calling from Aami insurance.
