Caller: Rabobank

Same scenario, knew my name and name of account and knew that I had sent through some paperwork to state that yes I have not laundered the money! Now she wants to talk about additional information on the phone! No way, email me. I will lodge a complaint, well a second complaint as they lost the additional information the 1st time and I had to re-do it. Clearly this lady is unaware of all the fuss they already made and how I actually closed two of my accounts of it. Now they want to pester me for the only remaining account ??? Simpletons these people have become!

Got a missed call from (02) 8115 2560. Did not call but then got an email from Scott and it included my customer number! As other reporters here, the email was about 'Source of Funds' personal information. I checked on the RABO website and this is meant to be new accounts. My account is NOT a new one. I called Rabo and they were singularly unhelpful. I will not call, not click on anything or respond to the email. I have made a PDF copy for future reference and deleted the email. I reported to Scamwatch.

Scammer pretending to be from Rabobank in order to steal account details.

Was called by Donna from Rabo bank from this number. Asked for drivers licence as they have done a review of my account. As this has never been done before I said I would call back and she gave me the number 1800 792 812. I am not calling back.

Caller said was from Rubber? Bank.
Just calling with regards to your bank account. Urgent. .a/c with your wife.....my name ......was correct....

Caller said he is from Rabo bank and ask to answer some security questions. I told him to write to me through the email system as I cannot ascertain who he is.
